Meet Fransheska

Fransheska is the Founder and Studio Director of Studio Shess, bringing over 25 years of expertise in design and project management. Her extensive experience spans multiple sectors, including religious spaces, hospitality, high-end residential, science and technology, fashion retail, institutional, higher education, and mixed-use developments.,

With a strategic and intuitive approach, Fransheska excels at asking the right questions, actively listening, and delivering innovative solutions that seamlessly align with brand identity and client needs. As an Interior Designer deeply committed to research, exploration, and concept development, she places a strong emphasis on spatial dynamics and materiality as the foundation of her work. This approach fosters a distinct dialogue between space, synergy, and functionality. Her design philosophy is rooted in safety, elegance, and timelessness, always prioritizing public health, life safety, and user well-being.

A recognized innovator and leader in the field of Interior Design, Fransheska holds a Master of Science in Interior Design from the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. During her time at Pratt, she refined her passion for expressive narratives, cultural immersion, emerging technologies, and the sensorial qualities that define her work.

Her impressive portfolio includes projects and collaborations with Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, Yale Science Building, Casual-Luxe Margaritaville Resort (Fort Myers Beach), SpringHill Suites by Marriott (Maple Grove, Minneapolis), Element by Marriott (Orlando, FL), Las Vegas Civic Center and Plaza, Latter-Day Saints Temples (USA), and numerous high-end residences across the nation and Puerto Rico.
